The incident occurred at around 9 p.m. May 30 at the intersection of Main and Ninth Streets.

The crash report states Officer Nicholas S. Hall, 27, of Manchester, was traveling north on South Ninth Street in a police car and stopped at a stop sign, then continued forward to make a right turn onto eastbound West Main Street as Goodman was riding his bike west on the sidewalk approaching the intersection.
