Distance - Ride until we are tired

I have talked to some friends who are interested in learning about Cyclocross so on Sunday 11/12 I will be setting up for our normal Cross Practice at Union Park at 9:00a as well as working with anyone who is new to Cyclocross and wanting to learn. Even though it is a little late for this season, maybe we can spark some interest for next season and get a couple Des Moines races again. Come out and practice if you are not racing or come out and learn about Cyclocross if you are interested and ever thought about trying it.
