Just Plain Fun

Distance - Approximately 30 miles give or take 5.

Scrambled egg casserole and Big Ass Cinnamon Rolls, coffee and juice served when you reach the Agency Chicken Ranch @ 304 North College Street Agency Iowa. It should take your from 1- 1 1/2 hours to reach Agency @ 10-15 mph. (it's around 15 miles one way) Enjoy Agency's annual 4th of July celebration. Parade may begin around 10:00 am. You need to be in Agency prior to that time to cross parade line. Noon lunch is served by Agency Lions club. they have pit roasted beef dinner in local park after parade. Return to Ottumwa as you like. Sag will run 8-10:30 am. repair supplies. Be prepared with bike repair supplies. Have your bike ready to ride (tuned up)before you begin. Emergency phone number is 641-777-3473. Noon lunch is served by Agency Lions club. they have pit roasted beef dinner in local park after parade. Great meal with homemade desserts made by the Agency United Methodist women. No verified as of 4-26-06 (The evening of July 3rd there is a street dance/ The fire department has an ice cream social prior to dance. Ice Cream social 5-7 and dance 7-12 pm.. Local boy scouts serve burgers and dogs also.)

Route

Start at Ottumwa Flying Service 14802 Terminal Avenue Ottumwa. Travel through Dahlonega than to Bladensburg road. Turn south onto v37 (Agency Hedrick Road). Go to 304 North College Street Agency, Iowa.
