* 10 am ~ Leave from Spoken Wheel for brunch and drinks in Alden at The
Westside (6 miles, 200 ft of climb)
*10:30 am - 12:30 pm ~ The Westside
* Noon Whistle at The Westside
* 12:30 pm ~ Leave The Westside for Popejoy (7 miles, 250 feet of climb, 13 total miles)
* 1:00- 2:00 pm ~ Popejoy Park
* 2:00 pm ~ Leave Popejoy for Shorty’s D-Town Lounge in Dow’s (9 miles, 150 feet of climb, 22 total miles)
* 2:30 - 4:30 pm ~ Shorty’s D-Town Lounge in Dows
* 4:30 ~ Leave Dows for Popejoy (9 miles, 200 feet of climb, 31 total miles)
* 5:00 pm ~ Stop at Popejoy Park
* 7:00 pm ~ Arrive back in Iowa Falls and Timbukbrü (14 miles, 250 feet of climb, 45 total miles)
