Road

Distance - 28 / 36 / 48.5 miles

This ride is on paved roads. It's a fully-supported ride with pit stops (with pocketable protein snacks & water) spread out through all three routes. We have a WONDERFUL support team, and there will be more food available than you could ever eat. Snacks in the morning before your ride, treats along the way, and a nice meal when you finish your ride.

Registration opens at 8:00am, and the ride officially begins at 9:00am, but YOU start when YOU are ready to go. We're there to support you all day...or until we all get tired and have to go home...(5pm-ish). But seriously, we don't leave until YOU are finished with your ride.

Route

All routes begin and end in Mondamin Iowa.

SHORT Loop (about 28 miles) goes through Pisgah and Little Sioux. 

MIDDLE loop (36 miles) starts with the LONG loop bikers but heads north out of Magnolia to join the riders from the short loop.

LONG Loop (48.5 miles with optional shortcut) has more miles and bigger hills, then it joins the short route through Pisgah and Little Sioux.

Registration

MILITARY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL RIDE AND EAT FOR FREE! [If you want a t-shirt, it's FREE, but you MUST register by Monday, Sept. 1, 2025.]

PRE-REGISTRATION deadline (if you want to save $10 and get a shirt) is Mon., Sept. 1,  2025, and the cost is $30 PLUS one non-perishable food item. This will guarantee an EMBRACE t-shirt for you.

Register AFTER Mon., Sept. 1, 2025, and the cost is $40 plus one non-perishable food item. But after the deadline, there's no cool EMBRACE t-shirt... Bummer. You do NOT want to miss out on the t-shirt. It's legendary, designed specifically for Embrace the Hills by an artist in Wichita, KS!

Family deal: after the first 2 paid registrations, each additional family member is $15. Children five and under are free.

Payment options:

1 - CASH or CHECK (PAYABLE to TAMMI METHER, 1077 Macy Ln,  Moorhead IA 51558. The check must be made to TAMMI METHER. The bank won't take it if it's made out to Embrace the Hills. Plus TAMMI METHER is the one who pays all the bills.)
