It's Back! The Spooks & Spokes Scavenger Hunt Ride II, presented by Wear Yellow Nebraska.
You know we don't just do the average ride, so let's go on a scavenger hunt!
There will be new challenges waiting for you so get your team of two ready for our second, scavenger hunt bike ride through the trails of Omaha.
Details:
Team Size: 2 People
Cost: $65 per team, includes event T-shirt, food provided by Pickleman's & a drink ticket at LIV Lounge.
Start: Stinson Park in Aksarben Village
Time:
12:30 PM - Registration & Check In
1:00 PM Game On!
1:10-1:20 Teams start rolling out from Aksarben Village.
5:00 PM - All Teams are back and turn in their point beads.
5:00 PM - Head to the After Party at LIV Lounge.
How's this going to work: at 1:00 PM, teams will be given a number of questions, this could be like a test, a crossword puzzle, a fill in the blank... you'll find out at 1:01. You'll have to answer these questions to identify the locations you need to go to in Omaha to collect an item, perform a task, or share that you were there to collect points. To get to these locations you will need to ride the Omaha Trail system and possibly a few neighborhoods. There will be no riding on major streets like 72nd, 96th, Center, Pacific...etc. All teams will need to return with the items they've collected from the various stops by 5:00PM. We will then see what top three teams have accumulated the highest number of points and declare our winners!
Post Event Fun: Join us at LIV Lounge in Aksarben Village for our After Party! We'll announce our winners and food/drinks will be available.
Registration: Register early, as those who do may get a few more details about the event... before the event! T-shirt deadline is October 9th, so if you'd like one, register today!
Register early as we will have a limit of 75 teams for the event.
Registration will open August 1st.
This is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be given.
Motorized or eBikes will not be permitted for this event.
All riders must wear a helmet during the event.
