Distance - 44,54,64 miles

9th annual tune-up bike ride. Three ride options 44,54,or 64 miles on trail and low traffic eastern Polk County Roads. The ride starts in Altoona at the Brewhouse #25. It heads south on the Gay Lea Wilson Trail through Pleasant Hill then heads to Runnells, Mitchellville, Bondurant and back to Altoona for free lunch, Music, and prize drawings.The entry fee of $25 includes a dri-fit  t-shirt and free lunch.
