A busy downtown road will soon be transformed from a one-way street to two-way.
Crews are making the change to Grand Avenue between 3rd Street and 5th Avenue.
The road will be closed starting Friday and work, which also includes bike lanes and on-street parking, is expected to be done Sunday.
