The RAGBRAI West Union committee is hosting a public forum Tuesday (02.22) night from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fayette County Fairgrounds. They’re looking for volunteers and theme ideas for their official RAGBRAI t-shirt. Prior to West Union, RAGBRAI riders stop in Mason City the night of July 27th, followed by Charles City on July 28th. The 52.8 mile bike ride from Charles City to West Union is the shortest leg of this year’s ride, which will cover about 430 miles in all from Sergeant Bluff east across north Iowa to Lansing.
