A 55-year-old Orange City man was arrested about 11:25 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26, on a charge of public intoxication.
The arrest of Cornelio Vega stemmed from a report of a possible intoxicated individual at the Dutch Mart in Orange City, according to the Orange City Police Department.
Vega left on a bicycle and was found riding it at the intersection of Second Street Southwest and Central Avenue Southwest.
Upon further investigation the officer determined Vega was intoxicated.
