The ride begins at the Knoxville Recreation Center at 9:30 a.m. Along the way there will be two great rest stops featuring cookies, fruit, drinks and other refreshments geared to climate conditions. The event also includes SAG vehicle, use of showers, whirlpool, sauna and swimming pool at the City Recreation Center and a spagehtti lunch with salad, garlic bread, dessert and beverages. Registration starts at 8:00 at Knoxville Recreation center located at 800 S. Park Lane.

Our 38.6 mile ride consits of a breathtaking ride across the majestic Red Rock Dam. The lake is home to some of Iowa's most exciting birds and wildlife.
