The family and friends of Mindy Bruellman will be holding a bicycle ride starting in West Bend Iowa and touring the beautiful countryside of Northern Iowa. This ride will be for cyclists of all levels and there will be ride routes that will be great for the bikers that just want to enjoy themselves and then routes for the cycling enthusiasts. We are dedicating this ride to Mindy Bruellman, daughter of John and Cindy Bruellman (Ottosen), who was a beautiful and well known 17 year old girl who was killed along side her boyfriend Christopher Gearhartm, son of Glenn & Mary Gearhart, in a car accident back in August of 2008. We want this to be a day where families, friends, and complete strangers can gather and enjoy a wonderful June day. There will be many stops along the way so you can get off and enjoy what they have to offer. This is not a race, we encourage people of all ages, riding abilities, and strengths to participate in this day filled with cycling, socializing, and enjoying what Northern Iowa has to offer. We look forward to seeing everyone there. This will be a great ride to get you conditioned for RAGBRAI!!!
PreRegistration must be sent in by May 31st for the cost of $20.00 Registration after May 31st up till the day of the ride for the cost of $25.00. We encourage PreRegistration but feel free to show up the day of the ride and sign up. We would love to see you there. Registration form attached on this site. Open up Flyer link, fill it out and send to the mentioned address. Registration Table will open up at 8:00 the day of the ride. Registration entry fee will get you a Mindy's Miles T-shirt, Sag Wagon, BBQ in the Grotto Park following the Ride (BYOB), Stopping points. Registration Form attached to this site. There will be 3 different routes. All that will show the riders the beautiful scenary that Northern Iowa has to offer. This ride will suit all kinds of bicycling enthusiasts.

Rain Date-Bring your rain gear-We will ride Rain or Shine!!! Feel Free to bring lawn chairs to enjoy yourself after the ride, we suggest BYOB for the BBQ. Proceeds of this ride will go to Mindy's Miles of Smiles-bikes for kids and a organization to be announced.
