The Mayor's Annual Ride for trails is a leisurely ride through the city of Des Moines. Led by Mayor Fank Cownie, the ride will proceed through many of Des Moines' historic neighborhoods, commerical districts, parks and trails. The main ride route is 15 miles, but there is an option to ride an additional 10 miles.
Registration for the event will begin in early March and registration forms will be available to download and return in the mail, or you may use pay pal to pay online.
On the day of the ride there will be onsite registration starting at 8:30 for those who did not sign up online or send in a registration form.
