Staging Locations

Like riding with a group? New to commuting? There will be several Staging Locations where cyclists can meet and ride as a group.

Each Staging Location will have a Staging Captain. Email the Staging Captain if you plan to ride in their Staging Group. This will ensure no one gets left behind.

Different Staging Locations will leave at different times depending on distance and route.

View the Staging Locations near you.

Don't see a staging Location that that fits you departure and destination? Volunteer to be a Staging Captain for a new Location.

Bike to Work

Nothing left to do now but crank down on the pedals! Be Safe! This may be the day that could change the rest of your life!

You have planned well!

This is YOUR Day!

ENJOY the Ride in!

You've earned it!

Showers

We've coordinated FREE showers in many metro area locations to halp make your commute easier. Some are offers extend through the month, week, or day. Check out the listing of FREE showers close to you.

If you or your company wants to offer FREE showers, please contact one of the Bike to Work Coordinators.

Breakfast

Breakfasts will be provided at these locations this year.

If you are hosting a breakfast in your area, please contact one of the Bike to Work Coordinators.

If you cannot make one of the breakfast stops, be sure to eat either before or after your commute.

Biking Home

Most Commuters will take a similar route back home.

Due to the various hours that people get off of work, Staging Locations and times will not be set.

If you rode in with a Staging Group, you can discuss and coordinate a Staging Group for the Ride home. Each Staging Group can coordinate their own departure times and locations based on what works best for those who commuted in.

Didn't ride in? but looking for Group to ride home with? Contact one of the Staging Location Leaders in your area.

Remember - in case of foul weather you can always catch a ride home via a DART city bus. Or use the bus to just shorten your commute.
