Iowa Public Television aired a special last month on the Sauk Rail Trail that runs from Swan Lake in Carroll to Blackhawk Lake in Lake View.

The show focused on the 2^nd year of the “Ride the Rail” bike ride.

They stopped in Breda for lunch and spoke with area residents about how it has impacted the community.

Sac County Supervisor Dean Stock commented during an interview about what paving the entire trail means for Carroll and Sac Counties.

The program starts in Lake View and ends at the fish house at Swan Lake.
