Check out the video from KYOU Fox-15 that shows an SUV appearing to swerve and hit a cyclist.
The cyclist, a women in her early 30s running an errand. She was life-flighted to Iowa City and has a long road of recovery.
A $1,000 REWARD
has been offered up by
Pre-Approved Auto
in Ottumwa. Pre-Approved Auto's surveillance camera caught the crash on video.
