DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) --A cyclist went to the hospital after a car hit him in Dubuque.
The crash happened late this afternoon at Marion Street and Concord Court
Police said the cyclist was stuck underneath the car until help arrived.
Police said a quick-thinking witness grabbed a car jack to help get the car off the cyclist.
Police have not released the cyclist's condition.
