Chuck Rowe is a little upset this week.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Club of the Cedar Valley had to report a bicycle theft to Waterloo Police.

Rowe says someone walked away a youngster's bicycle from one of the Club's bike racks Monday afternoon at 515 Lime Street a little after 2 p.m.

A shirtless man, with a tattoo on his upper right arm, walked onto Boys & Girls Club property with a bicycle which had a flat tire and no seat..

That flat tire, no seat, bike was left behind at the bike rack and, a man is seen leaving with the bike of a 13-year old club member, who was inside the Boys & Girls Club at the time.

That bike had been left unlocked at the bike rack.

Surveillance video from the Boys & Girls Club shows a man and woman in the Club parking lot. If you recognize them, please call Waterloo Police.

Watch the surveillance video.
