Des Moines City Council officials said the Neal Smith Trail needs some much-needed reparations, at the price of $430,000.
City officials plan to renovate a stretch of the Neal Smith Trail from Riverview Park up to Euclid Avenue, filling in cracks, repaving and widening it by about 1 foot.
