ROWLEY — Penny Vanous, 51, of Rowley died Sunday in a bicycle-car accident near the Buchanan County community of about 280 people.
The Iowa State Patrol is investigating, but released no information Sunday.
A pending obituary notice received by The Gazette says arrangements for Vanous are pending with Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids.
