This is our 4th annual bicycle ride along the beautiful Loess Hills of Western Iowa. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, wonderful ride support, and GREAT food!!

Route

The ride begins in Mondamin, Iowa, and travels along the hills to Pisgah. From Pisgah, up Murray Hill, then to Little Sioux and River Sioux and back to Mondamin --  this ends the 30-mile loop.

Additional miles, 2 options:

#1: after the 30-mile route, another loop adds 26 miles through Modale and along the hills past the Lavender Farm (free lavender cookies and lavender lemonade!) and the apple orchards (free sample of apple cider). This is entirely flat.

#2: after the 30-mile route, this route starts the same as option #1, but eventually takes the HILLS into Magnolia. This route has some blacktop with no shoulder... but will be some of the most scenic miles of the day... and BIG hills. This route is 29 miles.

Registration

BEST WAY TO REGISTER: Email us   tammimail@gmail.com   and we will send you a registration form.

If you register by Monday, September 14, the cost per cyclist is $20. This includes a wonderful meal and plenty of snacks. Sag support is available throughout the entire ride, too. After Sept. 14, the cost is $25 per person.

FAMILIES: After the first three (3) registered cyclists @ $20 each, additional family members can join us for only $10 per rider [if registered by Monday, September 14]. After Mon., Sept. 14, the cost for additional family members is $15 per person.

NONRIDERS: Meals are available for guests who are not riding, $5 per meal. Please let us know you are coming!

After we pay our EMBRACE bills, all money will be given to our local food pantry, Matthew House. [Donations are welcome!] We do not have sponsors, so we count on our cyclists to help us cover costs.
