This program will have a 3 level group ride each and every
Monday evening, leaving from Lifetime Athletic on Hickman Road. This ride is open to Lifetime Athletic Members and Guests alike! Wheels will roll out at 5:45 pm
with options for you to chose from 3 separate guided rides based on your
aspirations. Helmets will be required and taillights encouraged as some of the
routes take us onto the open by-ways of Dallas County.
Here is a brief description of our 3 signature Monday club

trophies will be awarded, as this is not an actual race… This ride will be a
“drop ride” meaning that the leaders will not re-group the riders.
The “B” Ride Competitors: This is a ride for the majority of riders in
an active community like Des Moines. This ride will be 30 miles in length and
be a mixture of trails and open road. This route will also have a Strava

at a designated point. The rider who selects this ride should feel comfortable
riding at an average pace of 17-19mph and looking to have a good time and get
in a good workout out in the fresh air!

to cycling or quite simply want to enjoy a more causal and conversation
friendly pace. This ride will be mostly on the trail system and will be

multiple points to regroup the riders. The rider who selects this ride should
