Cedar Valley Cyclists are excited to announce our new
location for our Wednesday Night Bike Ride. Starting on, May 6th,
this successful CVC ride will be starting from the Green Space lot (Santa’s
house location) near 4th and Main Street in Cedar Falls.
Bike racks will be available at the site for both our riders
and anyone else visiting the Parkade on their bikes. All are welcome!
As in years past, CVC will be offering two types of rides. One will be on the various hard surface trails for those who want a more casual and shorter ride. The other will be a longer ride primarily on county roads. Safety and service is our goal so each group will have a CVC leader and a CVC trained sweeper to handle minor repairs and assure that no one is left behind.
We are so excited about this new venture. In collaboration with the Cedar Falls Community Main Street, we hope to provide more area residents the opportunity to bike, as well as, enjoy what the Parkade has to offer.
