Trail Ride

Distance - pick your distance or 50+ around trip

Annual 50 mile (at your own pace & distance) and 5k fun run/walk.

This year will include the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of the Bondurant Regional Trailhead and Depot rest stop.

7:00-9:30am Registration and Community Pancake Breakfast.

8:00am 5k fun Run/Walk.

9:00am Bondurant Regional Trailhead and Depot Grand Opening.

9:30am 50 mile (or your own distance) bike ride.

6:00pm Drive Thirty5 band at Founder's Irish Pub.

Registration is $20 - all proceeds donated to city trails. Please register here or you can register the day of the event. Please note: register before June 10 to receive an awesome t-shirt.

Also includes ... bike stops in Valeria (water), Mingo (Greencastle), Ira (pie & ice cream) and Baxter (Cadillac Jack's).

Route

The 50 mile (at your own pace & distance) bike ride will follow:

Start on 1st Street (Founder's Irish Pub).

South on Grant Street crossing HWY 65 at the stop lights.

Follow NE 70th Ave, Pleasant St SE, NE 78th and NE 88th St to Chichaqua Valley Trailhead.

Follow Chichaqua Valley Trail to Baxter.

Riders are encouraged to follow the same route back to Founder's to end the ride.
