Distance - 24, 40, 50, 65 miles

The ride itself is one of the most scenic routes in all of north central Iowa. We have four different levels that range from a 24 mile ride perfect for the novice, all the way up to a challenging 65 mile cross country workout.

Route

All routes start at the Forest City YMCA and head out on the beautiful River Road where the various lengths can take you through Miller, Hayfield, Crystal Lake, Woden and Titonka. All the routes end back in Forest City at the YMCA.
