The Iowa Senior Games Cycling Time Trial is for men and women ages 50+. Participants do NOT have to be an Iowa resident to participate. Ten age categories are offered in 5-year increments, allowing participants to compete against their peers. The Iowa Senior Games will be a 10K course with a turnaround at the 5K mark. Participants may ride the 5K only, but 10K participants will be given a 5K time as well. Awards will be given for both the 5K and 10K races. Iowa Games Add-on: The Iowa Games 20K will be held at noon on the same day. It will be a 20K course with a turnaround at the 10K mark. If you wish to ride the 20K time trial, you have the option to add this event for $15 during online registration.
