Starting this Wednesday (Aug.10th) bring your ‘cross bike over to Daniels Park in Cedar Rapids and throw down some practice laps from 5pm until dusk! Ride at your own pace on a loosely marked course that features some beefy elevation spikes, fast descents, and barriers to help hone your skills. Whether you’re preparing for the racing season or just a little ‘cross curious,’ this series is for you! Practice will be held every Wednesday evening through October, but will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain and/or muddy conditions as to not damage the park grass. See you out there!

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.  JUST BRING A BIKE WITH NOBBY TIRES, TWO WORKING BRAKES AND A HELMET.
