*whew.  where has the season gone?  renegade always seems to end as quickly as it begins.  but it's got to, as SUNSET tomorrow is at 6:26PM.  with that, wednesday, october 20 will be our LAST renegade of 2010.  it's going down at MACRAE park, just south of downtown. 'racing' starts at 5:30 so we can get done and cleaned up before dark.  it's been a great renegade season,  and i thank EACH of you for making it a part of your week.  our scene is growing!  the ONLY reason we're wrapping up is lack of daylight.  standby for 2011, as we discuss what it may look like have a 'saturday morning renegade', or something like that, once it becomes dark too early to execute wednesdays.

*AFTER renegade tomorrow night, let's have a little 'end of renegade' party!  we'll be heading to el bait shop for some beers and a cycling-friendly place to hang out.  we'll have OAKLEY NIGHT CAP CROSS shirts and posters there to sell, so if you didn't get one, come get 'em while they last!!!  hope you'll join us at bait shop immediately following renegade tomorrow night!

*just because RENEGADE is over, it doesn't mean the SEASON is over.  it's just getting good!  

-don't forget to head to spooky cross on oct 30/31 for a wicked fun time, and the conclusion of the scheels central iowa cross series!  

-also, on november 13th, the zealous boys are hosting STATE CYCLOCROSS in altoona.  it's a big one!                                                                                              

 -add in a few more races in waverly, and bettendorf, and 3 DAYS OF JINGLECROSS....we're just scratching the surface of the cross season!  there are still 9 races on the calendar!!!
