BEGINNERS WELCOME! This IS the place to learn!

Cyclocross has exploded all over the country in the last couple of years and we  expect 2010 to be the biggest year ever for turnouts! Cyclocross is a great way to keep in shape through the fall and have a blast with friends!

For the first Renegade Practice of 2010, we are having a 45 minute "Cyclocross 101" clinic from 5:30pm to 6:15pm.

We will go over the basics of Cyclocross, and let you ask questions and practice before 'real' practice starts.
This is highly recommended if you are new to cross. Find out more about Cyclocross here.

At 6:30pm we'll start doing warm up laps with everyone else, with a 45 to 60 minute "race" starting shortly after.
Feel free to hone your own skills on certain parts of the course. This is YOUR time to practice.

The courses will be pretty simple, and not marked as though it's a UCI event, so if you're looking for something PRO, you're gonna be upset.

You do not need a cyclocross bike. A mountain bike or hybrid will work just fine.

We'll do your best to get some tight turns, off cambers, pavement, etc. These events will be AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The Renegade Venues are announced a day or two before Practice.
