with the success of the cross clinic jesse gerlits put on at the beginning of the season, and the requests we've had for a repeat, we've decided to have CLINIC #2 this tuesday.  this will mix things up a bit, including the schedule on tuesday evening.

First off, we'll be at Good Park this week:

the plan is to START the clinic at 5:15. It will consist of a few 'stations' in an effort to get folks the info they're after quickly. it will be a 30 minute clinic, and

beneficial for various skill levels. at 5:45 we'll start our 45 minute renegade 'race'. this will give the clinic group the ability to test their newfound skills ,

and we should all still be done by dark. cool? cool.
