tomorrow night, october 6 we'll be at Macrae park for RENEGADE (this is the park we used for Capital City Cross day 1).  come on out and do your thing.  as usual, we'll kick off 'around' 5:30.  with this coming weekend being an 'off' week for the Scheels Central Iowa Cross Series, be sure to get your cross fix in on tuesday at renegade.....
