Party Ride

Distance - a shade under 8 miles

Join us for an educational beer and bike tour of Des Moines. Pick up registration packet at the Des Moines Bicycle Collective Shop 512 E. 6th. At each of five stops, you learn about a beer style (staffed by beery-savvy Iowa Brewers Union) and bike maintenance (staffed by the Collective and friends).Five stops in all; full can samples at each stop. Featured beers: New Belgium Shift,Wasatch Ghost Rider,New Belgium Snapshot,Tallgrass Halcyon, Summit True Brit.  Capacity for the event 50 so pre register ASAP

After the ride attend the Bike Month Community Picnic at the Levee (100 Court) with Woody's Smoke Shack and Confluence

Route

Stops include five Full Court Press restaurants and bars: el Bait Shop, Hessen House, Royal Mile, The Library, and Mullet's.
